J.Gold Associates is Pleased to Announce the Release of a
Major New Study on Enterprise Mobility:

Enterprise Mobile Applications: A Study of
              Strategies and Adoption Trends

                                                     A J.Gold Associates Research Report

“This Study was conducted to quantitatively assess the business attitudes and technology requirements for enterprise
mobile applications and related services. We surveyed via a web-based questionnaire approximately 270 North
American (USA and Canada) companies broadly distributed across vertical industries. The primary focus was in
business oriented back office and personal productivity applications with the intent of discovering the processes
involved in choosing which projects to complete, how they were chosen, and who was involved in the various phases
of the projects. We identified mobile applications across various platforms (e.g., notebooks, smart phones, tablets,
special purpose devices), the reasons for wireless connectivity, the usage patterns, and the types of technology
employed, the vendors used, the key constituents who were involved, their perspective of the overall project,
vendors,  the time to delivery and cost/ROI, etc.”

About this Groundbreaking Research Report
This 115 page report includes 132 charts and graphs created from the extensive data we collected and analyzed
during the last two weeks of October 2012. The results offer a realistic quantitative look at the decision making
process within business organizations, and indicates the types, quantities and dynamics of real mobile projects
underway within these enterprises. Further, we gathered specific data about strategic plans for the next 1 year and 3
years that provides a forward-looking view of where enterprise mobility is headed.

If your company provides mobile hardware, software or services to enterprise users, then the contents of this study
should be part of your strategic data analysis process. It draws specific and detailed conclusions necessary for your
strategic planning process, as well as providing direction as to where enterprises are targeting their efforts in mobility
now, over the next year, and in the next 3 years. Further, it provides detailed data on where enterprises are spending
their time and resources, providing you guidance on where your strategic investments should be made.

If you are an enterprise organization, then the ability to benchmark your current and future plans against your peers
can be invaluable. The guidance in this study will enable a faster time to deployment, lower your TCO, and give you a
compelling understanding of the current market factors and forces. Further, this report provides a look at where the
market is going, including actual market shares for devices, applications, services, operating systems, outsourcing
services, spending amounts, etc., so you’ll understand where your peers are headed and who the likely successful
vendors will be over the longer term.
